Given the Selling Fees involved in the sale of a typical Australian home, we believe Agents and Agencies have an obligation to adopt the best tools & methods to maximize Seller outcomes...this obligation is not being properly honored, and a lot of money is being left on the table.

In addition to training Agents in how to find and use the tech that gets better sale prices, we also set out to engage with Sellers, and provide them with free Ai-based tools, to help them make better selling decisions.
